Club matches: Cambridge University beat St. Bart.’s Hospital, 45-0; Portsmouth Services lost to R.M.C.S. and Sandhurst. 6-18.
Northern Union (Rugby League):— County championship: Yorkshire lost to Lancashire, 6-28. Friendly match: Wigan beat Cote-Basque-Biarritz. 2115.
