EXTENDED SHOPPING HOURS
Late Night at Palmerston With a view to giving the best possible service the retailers of Palmerston North have arranged for the late night to be extended until 9 p.m., and the new closing time will be observed from next Friday This should efl’eetively dispose of complaints which had been voiced that, ivith Ihe shops closing at, 8.30 p.m., insufficient time was allowed for people to complete their purchases.
