British Note Delivered (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, September 18. The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, who was received by the King at Buckingham Palace this afternoon, later saw the ambassadors in London of France, Italy and Belgium, and the German Charge d’Affaires, at the Foreign Office, and handed them for communication to their Governments, a Note containing proposals upon which lie has been working in connection with the conference of the five Locarno Powers projected in the London communique of July 23.
