Passengers in Wanganella (Received September 20, 6.30 p.m.) Sydney, September 20. Passengers by the Wanganella, which sailed yesterday for Wellington, include Mr. F. G" L. Bertram, of the British Air Ministry, and the Australian delegation to the forthcoming conference at Wellington, 'comprising Mr. IL P. Brown, Director of Postal Services, Captain Johnston, Controller of Civil Aviation, Mr. M. L. Shepherd, Secretary for Defence, and Mr. M. B. Murray, Chief Inspector of Postal Services. Sir Archdale . Parkhill, Minister of Defence, leaves for New Zealand on September 25.
