USE OF SYNTHETIC WOOL AND COTTON
New Decree in Germany London, September 18. The Berlin correspondent of the “News Chronicle” says that in accordance with Herr Hitler’s plan of selfsufficiency, a decree prohibits the manufacture of clothes and other textiles from natural material, and requires a mixture of synthetic wool or cotton to the extent of 20 to 30 per cent. .
