NEW ZEALAND COURT AT JOHANNESBURG

Inspected by Lord and Lady Clarendon One of the first visitors to the New Zealand Court at the Johannesburg Empire Exhibition, which was. opened this week, was the Governor-General of South Africa, the Earl of Clarendon, according to cabled advice received yesterday by the Tourist and Publicity Department. Mr. M. O’Brien, Commissioner of the New Zealand Court, reported that the Governor-General inspected the court on September 16 and “expressed warm admiration for the interesting display ” Lady Clarendon was greatly interested in the Plunket Society’s exhibit.
