New British Cruiser.— H.M.S. Sheffield, a further cruiser of the Southampton class, moving down the slipway at Messrs. Vickers-Armstrong’s naval yard at Newcastle, England. A vessel of 9000 tons with armament according to the Washington and London agreements, she was launched recently by the Duchess of Kent.
