■ f Tin Containing 100 Found Under Fence Bv Telegraph—Press Association. New Plymouth, September 17. A tin containing 100 detonators was found under a fence yesterday by a small child, who took them to school, where a teacher found her and her m'Ates playing with them. One child was actually trying to make a whistle out of one of the deadly playthings. The detonators were handed over to the police. Inquiries, however, have not revealed how the detonators came to be under the fence where they were found. Had one exploded the consequences might have been
