Hutt Valley Association Team The selectors, Messrs. A. Leslie, A. W. Riddolls, J. Hamilton and H. Dunn, have chosen the following team to represent the Hutt Valley Association Football League in the match to be played against Technical College A, winners of the W.F.A. fifth division championship and cup, at the Petone Recreation Ground at 1.30 p.m. to-morrow: Johnston (Stop Out), Nicolson (Stop Out), Cooke (Petone), Drylie (Petone Technical), captain, H. Dunn (Stop Out), Hickling (Petone Technical), Claridge (Stop Out), Bowles (Petone), Pane (Petone), Wilkinson (Upper Hutt United), Finlay (Stop Out) ; reserve, Irvine (Petone). The Technical team will be as follows: Gray; Parker, Wilson; Seymour, Baxter, Jacobson; Morgan, Duncan, Yeoman, Green, McKenzie. Through the efforts of Mr. Riddolls, a donation has been made of two cups for the winners of the Hutt Valley League junior championship and cup competition. Stop Out won the championship cup and Upper Hutt United the Knock-out Cup, and nt 2.30' p.m. after the representative game at the Petone Recreation Ground the cups will be presented to the captains of these teams.
Other cups to be presented on Saturday are the cup for the second B division knock-out competition, for which Technical Old Boys and Stop Out will play the final at Te Aro Park, and the cup for the sixth division, for which Onslow and Technical College A will play the final on the same ground. Both trophies will be presented there. Mr. J. J. Roberts, president of the W.F.A., will present the second A division cup to the winners of the Seatoun-Waterside match after the early game at the Kilbirnie Stadium.
