Club Elects Officers At a well-attended meeting of the Police Cricket Club last night, the following office-bearers were elected for the coming season: Patron, the Commissioner of Police, Mr, D. J. Cummings; president, Sergeant H. H. Russell; vice-presidents, Superintendent D. Fraser, Inspector J. Sweeney, Sub-inspectors C. E. Roach, J. Carroll and H. Scott, Senior-Sergeants J. J Power, J. A. Dempsey, D. J. O’Neill, Sergeants, G. Paine, J. J. Gallagher, Constables, J. O’Connor and H. Bennett; club captain, Constable H. H. Hudson; secretary-treasurer, Constable J. E. Ellis; committee, Constables G.G. Cleverley, E. F. Barry, J. Roberts, L. A. Smith, R. R. Forsyth and J. Poynton.
