BATHING SHEDS
Oriental Bay Site Lease The offer of the Wellington Harbour Board to lease the site required for the erection of bathing sheds at Oriental Bay for a period of 50 years at a peppercorn rental was accepted by the Wellington City Council last night. A sinking fund of 1 per cent, on the cost of the building is to be established.
