Dominion Special Service. Auckland, September 13. The Minister of Education, Hon. P. Fraser, spent the week-end in Auckland. On Saturday night he addressed a meeting at Ellerslie in connection with the Manakau by-election campaign. Mr, Fraser visited the Motuihl quarantine station to-day. He gave an address to-night on the relationship of trade unions,to the Labour Government. To-nwrrow night the Minister will address an election meeting at Onehunga. He leaves for Wellington on Tuesday evening.
