ACCOMMODATION TAXED

Khandallah Church to be Moved to Larger Site The report presented to the annual congregational meeting of Khandallah Presbyterian Church at which the Rev. D. D. Scott presided, on Monday evening, indicates that the members are alive to the prospects of the future development of the district. Decisions have been made to provide not only fo& needs that at present overtax the accommodation, but also for future requirements. The finances have improved during the year, and energetic steps have been taken to obtain funds to enable the present church buildings to be removed to a site in Ganges Road, owned by the congregation. The area is sufficient to accommodate all the necessary buildings, and provide for tennis courts, etc., for the use of the youth of the congregation. It as hoped that a new church will be erected on the Ganges Road site that will be a credit to the district.
