Victoria, Western and South Australia and Tasmania, via Melbourne, per Waitaki (from Bluff), per Rangatira, 5 p.m.; C.P.O. late fee, 6 p.m. Late-fee box at gates to Ferry Wharf, 7.3 U p.m. Parcel mail for above States, also South Africa. Egypt, India, and Ceylon, 4 p.m. Great Britain, Ireland and Europe, for correspondence specially addressed “per Tairoa,’’ also all States of South America, via Montevideo, per Tairoa. 3 p.m.; C.P.O. late fee, 4 p.m. Parcel mail, 1 p.m. Mails reach London approximately September 7.
