Wellington’s First Bishop
Recently “The Dominion” published a portrait of Bishop Abraham, the first Anglican Bishop of Wellington, with the surname Incorrectly stated as Abrahams Messrs. R. S. and L. A. Abraham, two well-known citizens or Palmerston North, are nephews of the bishop, whose term of office covered the years 1859-TB7O.
Among the really expensive furs is that of the sea otter, which will often fetch as much as £l5O a skin.
