THREE-POWER TALKS

Britain, France and Belgium (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, July 20. Arrangements for the Three-Power meeting which it is hoped to hold in London later this week are still under discuseion between the three Governments. The Foreign Secretary (Mr. Anthony Eden) explained at question time in the House of Commons that the Italian Government was recently invited by the Belgian Government, in accordance with the Geneva communique of July 3, to take part in the conversations with the British. French, and Belgian Governments. The Italian Government had declined. It is known, however, that the Italian and German Governments have been and will be kept informed with regard to the proposed Three-Power meeting, which is expected to lead in due course to Fire-Power conversations. ,
