A witness in a motor collision claim at the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday, admitted frankly that, he drove in Upper Hutt borough at 30 to 40 miles an hour, though he knew the regulation speed was 25. “I don’t observe that; neither does anyone else,” he said. Examining counsel : “I don’t, either."
