PRISONERS SENTENCED
By Telegraph—Press Association, Auckland, July 20. Prisoners were sentenced by Hr. Justice Fair this morning as follows: — William Roger Gabriel Osborne East, aged 24, clerk, 15 charges involving breaking and entering and theft from dwellings and pillar boxes, a total of two years’ reformative detention; John Pomare, incest and forgery, three years’ reformative detention ; Mati Kura, breaking and entering and -theft, twelve months’ hard labour; John Arthur Yates, theft of cattle, twelve months’ hard labour.
