NO SETTLEMENT
Napier Waterfront Hold-up By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, July 20. The waterfront trouble continues. The dispute has been taken out of the hands of the local employers by headquarters at Wellington. It is feared that the trouble may extend, as the employers insist that the men return to work as a preliminary to settlement.
