Approval at Hamilton

It is believed from inquiries made by the “Waikato Times” throughout tile North Island that the formation of an association for members of the Police Force is becoming an accomplished fact It is understood that at a meeting at Hamilton last night members of the force in the Hamilton district unanimously approved of the formation of an association, and that it was suggested that an annual con ference should be held in Wellington witli 19 delegates representing all districts present, the executive to conduct the business between conferences

It is considered unlikely that application will be made for registration as a union.
