Dr. Mawson states that the Aurora, which will carry the expedition into Antarctic waters, will be dry-docked. She in a roomy ship, a little smaller than the Terra Nova. IB # • A deputation of cab proprietors and horse owners will wait on the ActingMinister of Customs, Hon. R. McKenzie, at 2.30 p.m. to-day. The object of the deputation is to ask that the duty on chaff be remitted on aecountjOf the high price now ruling in Wellington.
