.Mr. O. F. Nelson, who was exiled from Western Samoa during the period of acute disaffection, will return to the mandated territory by the July voyage of the Maui i’omare. He will arrive at Apia on July 21. and thus will be in the territory before the New Zealand delegation—the Minister of Lands. Hon. F. Lniigstono. and Mr. J. O'Brien. Labour M.P. for Westport—leave Samoa on their return to New Zealand via Niue. In announcing this yesterday, the Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. M. ,1. Savage, said that in connection with the forthcoming visit to Western Samoa of tlrMinister and Mr. O'Brien, the Samoan.had been assured that there would bo absolutely no restriction upon their movements during the visit of the Government representatives, who ear nestly invited all sections of the people both Mau and Malo, to meet them.
