Australia and Britain REPORTED AGREEMENT ON fundamentals London, June 8. A report that Australia has agreed to the fundamentals of the British airmail scheme has been received with satisfaction in official quarters, which decline to comment pending confirmation. . Dr. Earle Page, Australian Minister of Commerce, stated that the airmail negotiations are still centred upon the problem of surcharge, on which no decision has been reached. The question of the route to be taken lias likewise not been decided.
