BOYCOTT BY ITALIANS

London, June 8.
A hundred Italian delegates, under instructions from the National Trade Organisation, which disapproves of sanctions, have boycotted the Oxyacetylene Welding Congress in London, the British members of which are anxious to repay the lavish hospitality extended to them at Rome in 1934. All the Italians have refused invitations, ironically suggesting that Haile Selassie should be invited.
