Amalgamation Conference On June 13 ALL BODIES TO BE PRESENT Now that replies stating that they would attend have been received from all bodies invited, the conference to discu.ss the amalgamation of the Lower Hutt, Petone and Eastbourne boroughs, with section# of the Hutt county, has been convened by the Lower Hutt. Borough Council, and will be held in the Lower Hutt Borough Chambers on Tuesday next at 7.30 p.m. In addition to the councils involved, the Hutt River Board and the Petone and Lower Hutt Gas Lighting Board will attend, but the Hutt Valley Electric Power Board, which does not actually come into the scheme, will have it# interests conserved by members of Ihe board who will be representing other bodies at the conference. Each body will have three representatives.
