The Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, in reply to a question In the House of Commons to-day said he re grafted it had not been possible to m trodnee new regulations for the ad ministration of unemployment assist tnce In place of the revised regulations submitted in the last Parliament, and ■ator withdrawn The Government felt it necessary to make a very exhaustive exainimit ,n t >f the possible effects of the change: •ind he was unable to indicate the pre •ise date when new regulations woua' be presented. He did not anticipan rhe final decision would now be long delayed.
