REFORMATIVE DETENTION

Having been found guilty on a charge of assault with intent to commit rape. Stanley Winwood McKissick Reid, aged 32, appeared for sentence before Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday. Prisoner, who was represented bv Mr. J. A. Scott, was ordered to be detained for reformative purposes for a period not exceeding seven years.
