Sir,—-it is iieee.S'ary for me io explain once more that 'the "International Press Who's Who in New Zealand,” which was involved in two court cases last week, lias no connection whatever witli “Who’s Who in New Zealand,” which was established by me in 190 S. The distinction between tlie two was made clear in proceedings which 1 was compelled to take two years, ago. There is no question of paying for the insertion of biographies in "Who's Who in New Zealand,’* nor can any biography gain admission by means of payment.
