Chamber of Commerce Secretary At the monthly meeting of the Gisborne Chamber of Commerce last week, the com -ratulations of members were extended To Mr W Hamilton Irvine, who has com ple'ted his twenty-fifth year as honorary secretary. The date of last week’s meetin- coincided exactly with that 25 years ago on which Mr. Irvine assumed office.
