Capital Readjustment By Telegraph—Press Association Masterton, May 21. A meeting of preference shareholders of the Wairarapa Farmers’ Co-operative Company yesterday unanimously approved a scheme of capital readjustment relating to preference shares, whereby preference shareholders agree to abandon their claims to dividends in nrrenr and to forgo their rights to a dividend until the debit balance in the appropriation siccmint is liquidated by future profits.
