Through a Port.—A view across Wellington harbour to Somes Island and the hills behind Eastbourne, as seen through one of the ports in the side of the floating dock. Among the coal hulks lying at their moorings off Kaiwarra, the Harbour Board tug, Toia, is seen returning after taking one of the silt barges to dump its contents off the new railway ramp by the Hutt Road.
