Lyall Bay Library. The Lyall Bay branch municipal library, opened a few weeks ago, has been highly successful. In April, rhe first calendar month since the opening. 4741 books were issued, of which 270:i were in the adult section and 2032 in Dm juvenile section. The issues to juveniles were larger at Lyall Bay than at am. other library, including the centra! library, in April.
