The robbery was ilisiovered by a woman employed in Hi<- building. It is believed that the thieies bid in the building and waited until it was deserted before beginning their operations. Messrs. Gershon's premises are on the second floor, and. though other offices had been entered, theirs was the only one raided. In tne office of Mr. Walter Bouldsbridge. fl wholesale manufacturing jeweller, the thieves took paste stones, mistaking them for diamonds.
