For his fifth statutory offence of drunkenness, Benjamin T. Thomson, french-polisher, was convicted by Mr E. D. Mosley. S.M.. in die Magistrate's Court on Saturday morning amt titled 30/-, in default 14 days’ imprisonment, conditionally on his baking out a prohibition order forthwith.
