NEW CABINET IN SPAIN
Senor Quiroga Premier (Received May 14. 12.51 a.m.) Madrid, May 13. Senor Cesares Quiroga, a close friend of the new president and expremier, Senor Azana. has formed a Cabinet. Senor Santiago Ceeares Quiroga was Minister of Marine in the Provisional Government of April. 1931, Minister of the Interior in the Azana Government from October, 1931. to June, 1933, and Minister of the Interior in the second Azana Government of 1933.
