Breaking and Entering Two charges of breaking and entering and theft and one charge of breaking and entering witli intent to commit a crime were admitted by Hugh Rupert Austin, musician, aged 28, in the Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, yesterday. He was committed to tlie Supreme' Court for sentence by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M.
