Women’s Service Guild The monthly meeting of the Women’s .Service Guild was held on Tuesday afternoon, much interesting business being brought forward, an animated discussion following on the several points of social importance in question. During the meeting a change in the office of secretary was arranged, this post being now divided between two officers, namely, a minutes secretary and a corresponding secretary. At this meeting tile resignation of Mrs. J C. Anderson was received with much regret, and appreciation of her valuable past service was recorded. Mrs. Berriman Was then elected to the position of minutes secretary, with Mrs. J. Henderson as corresponding secretary. Y.W.C.A. Junior Women The Y.W.C.A. Junior Women’s Club held its monthly social meeting recently. There was a good attendance of members. The programme for the afternoon took the form of an informal discussion, the subject being “The Place of Women To-day.” All the members entered enthusiastically into the discussion, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Afternoon tea was served by Mesdaines Jones and Matheson.
