MOUNT EDEN TROUBLE
Prisoners Charged and Fined Bv Telegraph. —Press Association. Auckland, April 29. A number of prisoners involved in the disturbances at Mount Eden Prison on Anzac Day and on Tuesday were brought before the visiting justice. Jlr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., to-day and charged witli breaches of the regulation's. About a dozen men were charged, and all entered pleas of guilty. A smaJ. fine was indicted in each case. Similar charges are pending against a number of other prisoners, and Mr. Hunt will visit tlie prison to-morrow to hear further cases.
