Watt Cup Contests In the absence of Mr. P. 'O. 'Watt, Mr. D. Crombie presided at the annual meeting of Watt Cup delegates on Wednesday evening. He congratulated: delegates on the I'esults of last season, abandon club had won both the Watt and Banish Cups, a success they had undoubtedly deserved. The coming season promised to be a good one, all dubs being able to field strong teams. The contest should therefore be keen. The meeting decided to piwent the cups at the annual field day, instead of at the annual ball. Mr. Butler, -Manor Park, suggested that all matches should be played under rules of golf, and not varied by local rules. This did not meet with any support, and was dropped until the next general meeting. Mr. J. L. Barnard was re-elected secretary. Momington Men An 18 holes stroke competition will be played at the Mornington Golf Club in the m(?ming, and an 18-hole Stableford competition in the afternoon on Sunday. Manor Park Club Week-end competitions at the Manor Park Golf Club will be played as under: — Saturday, 18-hole bogey (fourball); Sunday morning, 18-hole stroke; Sunday afternoon, 18-hole Stableford bogey. Karori Club It was reported at the .annual meeting of the Karori Golf Club this week that
the club had been successful in acquiring a lease of the links, and that a regular bus service had been arranged. . The report stated that last .season had been a most successful one, the membership standing at 150. The following officers were elected:— Patron, Dr. H. Graham Robertson; president, Mr. W.
