De Valera’s St. Patrick’s Day Speech Louden. March 17. The Dublin correspondent of "The Times” says tbat Mr. de Valera’s St. Patrick’s Day broadcast was almost inaudible owing to the interruptions from a private high-powered radio station, consisting oC a voice deiiouucing militarism, which apparently had reference to the Free State Army's .march past in College Green, and a noise resembling atmospherics. Simultaneously a car belonging to Mr. de Valera’s escort outside tlie studio inexplicably caught tire.
