RESTITUTION OF RIGHTS
An order for restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days was made by Mr. Justice Recd in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday, on the petition of James Montague Campbell. Respondent was his wife, Alary A. Campbell. In evidence petitioner said the. marriage took place at Wellington in February, 1930. They lived together until February, 1934, when his wife, returning from a holiday, adopted a cool attitude toward him, and asked Him to leave the home, which he did. He bad since endeavoured bn several occasions to persuade respondent to renew their former happy relationship, but without success.
