LAMB AND MUTTON
Supplies For Britain Arrivals of lamb and mutton in the United Kingdom from New Zealand, Australia and South America last month totalled 1,710,000 carcases of lamb and 105,000 carcaws of mutton, compared with 1,035,000 and 215,000 carcases respectively during February, 1035. Shipments afloat for the United Kingdom from all sources nt the end of February totalled 1,415,000 careases of lamb and 175,000 carcases of mutton, compared with 1,890,000 carcases of lamb and 450.000 carcases of mutton a year ago. New Zealand shipments last month, with those for February, 1935, in parentheses, were: 835.000 carcases of lamb (1,175.000) and 110.000 carcas'm of mutton (250,000).
