Probate has been granted in the Supreme Court, Wellington, by Mr. Justice Reed, of the will of the late Sir James Mills, founder and chairman of directors of the Union Steam Ship Company, Ltd., his New Zealand estate being sworn at under £160.000. There were no public beiuests. The Trustees, Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand, Ltd., Dunedin, are the New Zealand executors.
