During the vacation the librarians of the four university colleges of the Dominion hold a conference when matters of mutual interest were discussed. The chief subjects were the need of some means of knowing the contents of each library, such as a union catalogue, and the possibility of specialisation. Both topics involved various difficulties, and a report will be presented to the University Senate.
