ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
Institute Old Boys’ Club The Institute Old Boys' Association Football Club held their annual meeting at the institute on Wednesday night. There was an excellent; attendance, Mr. M. R. Bilby presiding. The annual report showed that the club had experienced another excellent year, and prospects were very bright for the coming season. The senior eleven, newly promoted from the senior B division last year, had been able to retain a place in the senior A grade. This was the first time for four years that a promoted team had so escaped relegationThe second B division team had its most successful season to date, winning both cup and championship, with an unbeaten record, and incidentally a stupendous goal average. The fourth grade team had finished well up on the championship ladder. Tiie election of officers resulted as follows;—Patron, Hon. P. Fraser; president, Mr. (Jerald Bell: vice-presidents, Messrs. A.
