NAVAL CONFERENCE
Progress of Technical Work (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, February 8. The technical sub-committee of the Naval Conference, which meets again on Monday, has now finished the part of its task relating to. definitions of the various categories of ships of standard displacement, and the age limit for each category. The recommendations prepared by the smaller expert committee were yesterday approved by the full sub-com-mittee, which was also able to begin a general discussion of the question of size limits.
