“WHITE HORSE INN”
Changes in Dates Owing to the death of his Majesty King George and two performances of "White Horse Inn” being cancelled by J. C. 'Williamson Ltd. at Palmerston North yesterday, the management announce a rearrangement of dates. Five performances will now be given at Hastings of "White Horse Inn”—to-night, to-morrow, Saturday (at 2 and 8 o’clock), and Monday night. .Next Tuesday and Wednesday the company will perform at Palmerston North, and on Thursday and Friday next performances will be given in Masterton. Instead of opening, therefore, in Wellington next Thursday as originally planned, the opening gala performance will take place at the Grand Opera House on Saturday week, February 1. The management announce that all preliminary and first night booking for the Wellington season will be transferred to the new dates. Instead of the box plans opening to-morrow for- the first eight nights in Wellington, arrangements have been made for the booking to open at the D.I.C. next Monday morning at 9 o’clock.
