Miss Beatrice Pugh, who is broadcasting from the YA stations, and is en route from London to Brisbane, is at the Grand Hotel. She will leave Wellington to-night to join the Niagara at Auckland.

Mrs. Duncan Simpson, Marton, and Miss K. Fraser, Wanganui, were appointed delegates for the W.D.F.U. to the Associated Countrywomen of the World Conference, which is to be held in Washington this-year.
