A Geneva message states that Iraq has asked the Secretary-General of the League of Nations, M. Avenol, to remove the frontier dispute between Iraq and Iran (Persia) from the agenda of the forthcoming meeting of Hie council and to extend the period for a possible friendly settlement of the dispute through conversations still proceeding between the two parties nt Bnrrdnd.
