Lord Barnby Urges Empire Campaign (Received January 14, 10.30 p.m.) Melbourne, January 14. Lord Barnby states that he is more than ever. convinced that unless an Empire-wide wool publicity campaign is undertaken Australia will suffer seriously. He suggested that the imposition of a levy by Dominion Governments on every bale exported would be the only effective action. A committee should be appointed to control the funds thus created.
